Dal makhani is one of our most popular specials. This week we decided to make it in a typical dhaba style – using ghee, more chilli and more ground spices.

We still slow cook it for hours and garnish it with a dash of cream and strips of ginger and chilli. So it arrives on your table full of flavour and deliciously creamy.
