This week we have a real treat on our specials board- Aloo Paratha.
The paratha dough is made with whole wheat flour, water and a bit of desi ghee. The paratha is rolled out then stuffed with a traditional mixture of potato, chilli, coriander and cumin. Each paratha is then individually cooked on the tava (hot plate)
Traditionally eaten with plain yoghurt, pickles and dal. Incredibly more-ish
